Golden Key Visuals – Terms of Service

By booking services with Golden Key Visuals, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms apply to all media services, including photography, videography, drone services, floor plans, virtual tours, and marketing assets.

1. Booking & Scheduling

All services must be scheduled through our online booking system, phone, or direct communication.

Appointments are confirmed once booking details are received, including:

- Property address

- Access instructions

- Contact information

- Ordered services

Golden Key Visuals reserves the right to adjust appointment times due to weather, airspace restrictions, or unforeseen scheduling conflicts.

2. Payment Terms

No upfront payment is required to schedule an initial shoot.

However:

- Final media will not be downloadable or released until the invoice has been paid in full.

- Payment is due upon delivery.

- Late payments may delay release of media assets.

3. Turnaround Times

Standard delivery timelines:

- Photos: Within 24 hours (typically by 10 AM next business day)

- Social Media Reels: Within 24-48 hours

- Videos: Within 48 hours

- Floor Plans / Tours: 24–48 hours depending on complexity

Turnaround times may extend during peak seasons or rare production delays.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules.

- Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a $50 cancellation fee.

- Repeated cancellations for the same property will require a non-refundable deposit to rebook.

- Weather-related reschedules do not incur fees.

5. Emergency / Rush Services

Additional fees may apply for:

- Same-day service requests

- Less than 24-hour scheduling

- Holiday appointments

- After-hours shoots (outside Mon–Fri, 9 AM – 6 PM)

These fees account for expedited scheduling and production demands.

6. Weather & Drone Operations

- Aerial services are included when weather and FAA airspace regulations permit.

If aerials cannot be completed due to:

- Rain

- High winds

- Flight restrictions

- Temporary airspace bans

A return visit may be scheduled at a travel fee rate.

Golden Key Visuals operates in full FAA compliance at all times.

7. Editing & Image Integrity

Standard editing includes:

- Exposure correction

- Color balancing

- Perspective alignment

- Blue Sky Guarantee (unless declined)

- Advanced manipulations are limited.

We do not alter:

- Structural defects

- Permanent property damage

- Safety hazards

This protects agents, sellers, and photographers from misrepresentation liability.

8. Virtual Enhancements

Services such as:

- Virtual Twilight

- Virtual Staging

- Video Staging

- Sky Replacements

Are digital enhancements intended for marketing visualization only.

They do not represent permanent property conditions.

9. Revisions Policy

Photo and video services include up to two revisions.

Revision requests must be submitted within:

- Photos: 72 hours

- Videos: 72 hours

Project files are archived for a limited time. Additional revisions beyond the window may incur re-editing fees.

10. Usage & Licensing

Golden Key Visuals retains full copyright ownership of all media produced.

A limited marketing license is granted to the commissioning agent for:

- MLS listings

- Social media marketing

- Property advertising

Usage duration:

Valid until the home sells or listing expires (up to 2 years).

Media may not be:

- Sold

- Transferred

- Given to third parties

- Used by builders or future agents

- Without written consent.

11. Property Access & Readiness

Agents and homeowners are responsible for ensuring the property is:

- Photo-ready

- Clean

- Staged

- Accessible

Golden Key Visuals is not responsible for:

- Cleaning

- Decluttering

- Furniture moving

We photograph homes as presented at arrival.

12. Floor Plans & Measurements

Floor plans and GLA reports are for marketing reference only.

They should not be used as legal measurements, appraisals, or architectural documents.

13. Plot Lines & Surveys

Plot line overlays require an up-to-date survey or land documentation provided by the client.

Golden Key Visuals is not responsible for inaccuracies in supplied boundary data.

14. Media Storage & Archiving

Project files are stored temporarily.

We recommend downloading and archiving all media upon delivery.

Re-exports after file deletion may incur fees.

15. Limitation of Liability

Golden Key Visuals is not liable for:

- Listing performance

- Buyer activity

- Marketing outcomes

- MLS errors

Media is provided as a marketing tool — not a sales guarantee.

16. Acceptance of Terms

By booking services, you confirm that you:

- Agree to these Terms of Service

- Understand licensing restrictions

- Accept payment and delivery policies

- Acknowledge editing and representation standards
